The Hatada family has resided on the big island for five generations now and I am proud be able to raise my family and build my business in this community. I graduated from the University of Hawaii at Hilo with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration. While attending the University I also helped with the management of residential rental properties where I developed an interest in real estate. I began my career as a rental assistant and after obtaining my real estate Salesperson license in 2010, I was promoted to residential property manager. In subsequent years I became a commercial property manager and leasing agent, which have allowed me to gain expertise in all areas of property management. My goal is to help you with your real estate needs whether it be managing and leasing of your commercial or residential property or to represent you as a buyer or seller with honesty and integrity.

I was born and raised in Hilo Hawaii and graduated from Waiakea High School. Soon after graduating high school, I went on to Hawaii Community College and graduated with a degree in Associate Arts. I continued on and graduated from the University of Hawaii at Hilo with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. While attending school, I began handling the repairs and maintenance of some family residential rental properties which eventually turned into managing the properties. This is when I realized my interest in property management and was hired as a rental assistant and proceeded to obtain my Real Estate Salesperson License in 2010. Upon receiving my license, I was promoted to residential property manager and was in that position for a couple of years until I was promoted to Commercial Property Manager and Leasing Agent in 2013. Along the way, I also began learning and handling sales, representing buyers and sellers of real estate. I obtained my Broker’s License in 2022.
